I am sadden to hear of the passing of your love one James. Words are most difficult to express the pain that your family is experiencing. No one can comfort you better than God can. The Bible based resurrection hope for James that Jesus outlined at John 5:28,29 are consoling words for your family. Although you have faith in the resurrection hope the pain of James passing at times will be unrelenting. God address the emotional pain the impacts your hearts and minds at this time. Psalms 34:18 states, "God is near those broken at heart and crushed in spiit". So rely on he God of all comfort Jehovah because he will sustain and strengthen you during this time of sorrow. (Psalms 55:22)

I am so saddened to hear of Gary's passing. He and my daddy ( Melvin Owens) taught me how to fish when I was a little girl and I always will remember those special days growing up. Even as an adult I would run into him at the store and he would ask me did I still like to fish!! May God wrap his arms around all of you during this difficult time.

God has called a good man home. Gary and I were married for 17 years and the love we had for each other is found only once in a lifetime. We had so much fun, Horseback riding, knocking around together in flea markets and of course fishing. We were known as the Queen and King of Crappie fishing at the lake... I'll always remember the great wonderful times we had together. Even after we divorced , we remained friends and talked often. He will be missed by me and my family. He was a wonderful father for my daughter Nikki. He raised and treated her like his own.. He is in heaven with his daddy and brother and his little girl.. until we meet again. Gary....Love you always..Gladys

Barnes Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Gary was a sweet man always smiling. And every time I saw him I reminded him how much he looked like the singer Huwie Lewis (Its Hit to be square) and he would just laugh. He will be missed! Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Teri Long-Scott
