Basic Tribute

Starting at $6,000

This charge includes services of funeral director and staff, embalming, other preparation of body, transfer of remains to the funeral home,  hearse, flower truck, your choice of casket from our Basic list, Monarch burial container, guest registry book, 75 memorial folders for the service,  temporary grave marker, home equipment, tent for the grave, and the obituary online with photo.

Select Tribute

Starting at $6,990

This charge includes services of funeral director and staff, embalming, other preparation of the body, use of facilities for visitation and service, transfer of remains to the funeral home, hearse, flower truck, lead car, your choice of casket from our Select list, Continental burial vault, guest registry book, 100 memorial folders for the service, 50 thank-you cards, temporary grave marker, video of service (in our chapel only), tribute video (using up to 40 photos), home equipment, tent for the grave, and obituary online with photo.

Classic Tribute

Starting at $8,785

This charge includes services of funeral director and staff, embalming, other preparation of the body, facilities and staff for visitation and service, transfer of remains to funeral home, hearse, limousine, flower truck, lead car, your choice of casket from our Classic list, Citadel burial vault, guest registry book, 100 memorial folders for the service, 75 thank-you cards, temporary grave marker, video of service (in our chapel only), tribute video (using up to 40 photos), home equipment, tent for the grave,  and obituary online with photo.

Imperial Tribute

Starting at $10,535

This charge includes services of director and staff, embalming, other preparation of the body, facilities and staff for visitation and service, transfer of remains to the funeral home, hearse, limousine, flower truck, lead car, your choice of casket from our Imperial list, SST burial vault, guest registry book, memorial folders for service, unlimited thank-you cards, temporary grave marker, video of service (in our chapel only), tribute video (using up to 40 photos), home equipment, tent for grave, and obituary online with photo.

Ultimate Tribute

Starting at $12,735

This charge includes services of funeral director and staff, embalming, other preparation of the body, facilities and staff for visitation and service, transfer of remains to the funeral home, hearse, limousine, flower truck, lead car, your choice of casket from our Ultimate list, Copper Triune vault, guest registry book, memorial folders for the service unlimited thank-you cards, temporary grave marker, video of service (in our chapel only), tribute video (using up to 40 photos), home equipment, tent for the grave, and obituary online with photo.

Direct Cremation (with private viewing)

Starting at $2,440

Our charge for this service includes: Basic Limited services of funeral director and staff ($1445), transfer of remains to funeral home and crematory within 40 mile radius ($200), use of facilities for viewing ($350) and other care ($95) minimum alternative container ($50) and crematory charge, plastic/cardboard urn ($300) and placement of obituary on funeral home website (n/c). 

Cremation with Chapel Ceremony or Gravesite (Memorial Service)

Starting at $3,240

Our charge for this service includes:  Basic services of funeral director and staff ($1795), transfer of remains to funeral home and crematory within 40 mile radius ($200), other care ($95) minimum alternative container ($50) and crematory charge, plastic/cardboard urn  ($300), visitation /one hour/ Chapel/Church ceremony ($495), memorial folders ($90), register book ($40), thank you cards ($30) automotive equipment as needed for service ($95) , home equipment ($50), , placement of obituary on funeral home website (n/c). (* this service does not include, grave opening fees, grave equipment setup as needed, newspaper obituary fees, death certificates, mileage transfer fees outside of area, or separate purchase of urn or vault*) 

Cremation following Chapel Visitation and Ceremony / Same Day (Traditional viewing of deceased with rental casket)
