Constance Joann Power Franklin of Salem, Oregon, passed away Monday June 3rd 2013.
Constance was born September 24, 1932 in Salem, Oregon.
Mrs. Franklin was preceded in death by her father, Michael Benton, mother and stepfather, Madeline and Jack Power, the father of her children and love of her life, Thomas Franklin, Sr., brother-in-law James Franklin and sister-in-law, Sue Richardson.
Left to cherish her memory, sons, Thomas Franklin and wife Debra of Eden; Todd Franklin and wife Lisa of Creedmore, NC; Tim Franklin and wife Lutitas of California and daughter, Tamara Valentine and husband Jerry of Oregon; grandchildren, Todd Franklin, Jr. and wife Patty of Georgia, Torie Platt and husband Ryan of New Jeresy, Mike Franklin and Nathalie of Las Vegas, Barbara Johnson and husband Jay of Oregon, Alana Frasier and husband Jon of Raleigh, Henry Preston of Oregon, Amber and Tim Franklin, Jr. of California and Ashley Preston of Oregon; great grandchildren, Annalisa and Logan Franklin of Georgia, Shaun and Seth Preston of Oregon, Trace Jones of Las Vegas, Thomas Pace Frasier of Raleigh and Seth Platt of New Jersey; sister-in-laws, Viva Lee Hyler of Eden,NC, Kat Franklin of Benton, Arkansas; brother-in-law, Harold Richardson of Eden,NC.
