Yes, Joe was a loving father but he was also a very loving uncle. I spent a lot of time with him growing up and because he loved children so much, he always made me feel welcome. He was fun loving and playful and took me places. I enjoyed his easy laughter and the way I would watch him interact with people. I admired him in so many ways. I was blessed to have him in my life and I will miss him very much. May he finally rest in peace.

Joe was a wonderful person who always made you smile. Some of my favorite memories are of Joe and my dad cracking jokes on each other. May God bless your family and know you are all in my prayers. Sibyl Carter
