My deepest sympathy to Jean's family, though it is doubtful if any of them know me. Jean and I sort of grew up together along with Barbara and Peggy in the Leaksville Christian Church and in various church and social activities such as parties, dates, etc. I considered Jean a good friend ... someone I enjoyed being around. Seeing her obituary tugged at my heartstrings quite heavily. May God bless each of you and give you His peace and comfort. Jim Adkins, Selmer, TN

Our prayers and thoughts go out to all Jean`s family. She loved all her children and grandchildren very much.I have some very good memories of her. We use to have some great times just visiting and talking. My husband Peanut and Jean would always find something to laugh and act up about. Jean and I were schoolmates and dear friends. We doubledated, went to concerts, visited her sister, Peggy, in Roanoke, Va. I have not been able to be with my dear friend for quite awhile as I live too far away to visit, but she remained in my mind and in my heart. Rest in Peace, my dear friend. I will always remember you until I come to be with you again.
