I was so sorry to learn of Bryant's death. I had lost touch since my mom and dad died but I had called about three months ago and got to talk to him. He was pleased with his by-pass surgery and seemed to be doing well. So, this was a surprise. I know Bryant helped daddy with a number of things and he helped me after they died by keeping an eye on the place until we got it sold. My fondest remembrance of Bryant was when I was quite young we dug a "Johnny House" for Jr. up at his place at Smith Mountain using Cherry Bombs and Silver Bombs. It was great fun for me. We also slipped up behind a guy fishing off a dock and lobbed a cherry bomb in the water over his head and then we ran. I know that wasn't nice but it was fun seeing the fish float up and hear the guy fussing.
