Steve,Kelly,Anthony,Hannah, and Haley We are so sadden to hear of Cindy's passing. She was an inspiration to so many here at First Presbyterian Church. Her love for everyone around her shown through in all that she did. It was incredible! Her presence in our lives will be missed greatly! She impacted so many different areas of FPC from the Young Children and Youth ministry to the Young at Heart in the older adult ministry! Our walk will not be the same without her. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for your family in this time of need! In His Service, Rick and Kim Meeks

Steve, We only met you once. It was at your marriage to Cindy. But we heard about you from Cindy before that. She was a very happy person when she talked about you. When our daughter got married in Pennsylvania I wanted to attend, but I didn't have someone to care for Bill, day and night for those 3 nights and 4 days. Cindy said "I would be glad to do it. She did a beautiful job, giving him the best of care. I was afraid at first to leave him, but when I got to know Cindy and what a wonderful person she was, I was able to go and not worry. Bill and I cared very much about her and the way she took care of her grandchildren, when needed. This was such a terrible shock, I am having a hard time believing it. Please know that we are praying for you and all of Cindy's family. Shirley & Bill Austin, neighbors.

Dear Steve and Kulpa family, Cindy was the sweetest woman I have ever known. We will miss her so very much. All of FPC will miss her also. She was a joy and a blessing to be around and I am a better person for having known her.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to each of you. Cindy blessed so many lives and we are fortunate to call her friend and sister in Christ. Her smile and sparkling eyes made you feel good. May God bless each of you now and always.
