Patsy "Pat" Ellis Thomas, 79, of 1225 E. Meadow Road in Eden, passed away Wednesday afternoon, February 27, 2013, at Morehead Nursing Center.
A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Saturday at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Overlook Cemetery.
Mrs. Thomas was born December 3, 1933 in Draper, NC, daughter of the late Ray N. and Dessie McBride Ellis.
She is survived by her husband, Carl "Donnie" Thomas of the home; two daughters, Renee' Thomas and fiance', Edward Matthews of Burlington and Regina "Gina" Hall and husband, John of Stoneville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Huff and three brothers, Ray, Jimmy and Edward Ellis.
The family will receive friends Friday evening, 7 - 9 PM, at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
