Janice Squires Lloyd, 63, of 880 Williams Road in Madison, NC, passed away Monday, November 19, 2012.
A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Monday, November 26, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Lloyd was born December 15, 1948 in Eden, NC. She was of the Methodist faith.
She is survived by her son, Richard Toliver of Oregon; loving grandson, Caleb Wright of Madison; mother, Sylvia Squires of Greensboro; three brothers, Kenneth Squires and wife, Peggy of Greensboro, James Squires and wife, Jeana of Greensboro and Jerry Squires of Mobile, AL; and several aunts, nieces and nephews.
Preceding Janice, in death, was her father, Cecil Squires.
There will be no formal visitation.
Memorial contributions may be made to First Methodist Church, 130 Main Street, Eden, NC 27288.

I have always held a special place in my heart for Janice. Back in the day, I always looked forward to our summer vacations when we could spend time with our Squires cousins. Some of my childhood memories with Janice were centered around the home on E. Meadow Rd. where we had fun playing in the basement and just hanging out together. Her friendly and outgoing personality always made me feel welcome and loved. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I love you all and wish I could be there. Love, Suzi
