Beatrice Belton Pratt, 99, formerly of Eden, passed away Thursday afternoon, October 11, 2012, at Avante Nursing Center in Reidsville.
A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Monday, October 15, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Overlook Cemetery.
Mrs. Pratt was born September 29, 1913 in Spray, NC, daughter of the late Green Lee Eanes and Ida Pruitt Eanes. She was a member of El Bethel Presbyterian Church and a retiree of Fieldcrest Mills.
She is survived by two granddaughters, Sheena Corum and Robin Walker, both of Wilmington; and four great-grandchildren, Ivy Borland, Tyler Corum, Rebecca and Ericca Gibson, all of Reidsville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, McKinley Belton; son, Kenneth Gene Belton; and granddaughter, Jessica Gibson.
The family will receive friends Sunday evening, 6 - 8 PM at Fair Funeral Home.
