Rebecca "Becky" Jane Shropshire, 76, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2012 at Eden Estates.
A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date.
Miss Shropshire was born June 18, 1935 in Rockingham County, NC, daughter of the late Bland Millard Shropshire and Ethel May Murphy Shropshire. She was a member of Draper Pentecostal Holiness Church and a retired Certified Nursing Assistant.
She is survived by her brother, Joseph Shropshire of Stoneville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Bernard, Dillard, Garnett and Jerry Shropshire; and sisters, Vera Hodge and Ruth Dattero.

So sorry, and we have fond memories of singing in the Cornerstone Conference camp meeting choir together at Brown Summit. May the Holy Spirit comfort the family. I live in Ridgeway, VA, and just saw the obituary on Facebook today.
