William "Walter" Lillard, 88, of 126 Nutgrove Avenue in North Augusta, SC passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2012.
A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, March 24, at Mt. Carmel Church Cemetery.
Mr. Lillard was born May 1, 1923 in Ruffin, NC, son of the late Eugene and Sally Adkinson Lillard. He was a World War II Army veteran and a retired truck driver.
He is survived by his sister, Paula Younger and husband, Grover of Eden; and three nephews, Eugene Cox of Reidsville, Milton Cox of Ruffin, and Aubrey Funk of Galax, VA.
