Clemence Stovall Clark, 83, of 1803 Woodrow Ave. entered into Glory Land on March 17th, 2012. The funeral service will be held Wednesday March 21st, 2:00 pm at Immanuel Friends Church, with burial to follow in Danview Cemetery. Fair Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Clark was born December 24th, 1928 in Rockingham County to the late Wil Stovall Mabel Woods Stovall. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Along with retiring from Fieldcrest Mills after 50 years of service, she was a devoted church member and custodian of Immanuel Friends Church of Eden, NC. A Flower enthusiast, she loved working in her yard. She made many flower arrangements for family and friends, and kept flowers for several graves of family members.

Surviving are her grandsons; Chris Clark and wife Tammy of Eden, NC, Chad Clark and Jason Clark both of Eden, NC, great grandchildren; Cody, Lance and Erika, brother; John Stovall, and special daughter-in-law Mildred Branson and husband Don. She is preceded in death by her husband the late Samuel C. Clark, Sr. and her son Sam Clark, Jr.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service March 21st at Immanuel Friends Church.
