Timothy Lee Price, 61, of 11870 NC Hwy 87 in Eden, passed away Tuesday afternoon, March 13, 2012 at Morehead Memorial Hospital.
A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, March 16, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Tim was born July 19, 1950 in Martinsville, VA; son of the late Stedman and Dorothy Hege Price. He was the owner and operator of T & S Machine Shop in Eden.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Price of the home and sister, Martha Mills and husband, Norma of Stuart, VA; brothers-in-law, Tony Boulding and wife, Martha of Eden and Doug Boulding and wife, Teresa of Eden; sister-in-law, Brenda Bailey of Grand Blaned, MI and her children, Shannon, Kelly, Jamie and Paul and her six grandchildren; special nieces and nephews, Sheila Bartlett and husband, Ellis, Lisa Price and husband, Jeff, Angie Rice and husband, Chris, and Michael Moretz and wife, Lisa, Angie Price Lynch, Ted Price, Jr., John Price, Sherri Martin and husband, Rex and Robert Clark, Chris Hobbs, Stacy Boulding, and John Boulding; and 13 great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ted Price; and a sister, Frances P. Speight.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening, 7 - 9 PM at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the home of his niece, 1215 Ridge Avenue in Eden.
