Dear Susan, Mark and Family: Even though I am not with you today and at this most difficult time in your life, my heart goes out to all of you during the loss of your dad. I would love to be with all of you at this difficult time but as conditions have it, I cannot even because being with some of the others is still very painful to me because of what happened. I am just a few miles away if you just want a friend to come by and talk. I wanted to say to all of you that your dad was a wonderful, great, Christian man who was loved and admired because of "who" he was and what he believed in and what he stood for in life. I was not aware of his illness when I saw him last summer. We had a wonderful talk but he missed the one person in life that he always loved, Jean, your mother. They had a wonderful life together as man and wife and I hope you will never forget all the fond memories of their lives together. May God continue to bless you and your family. Thinking of you at this time in your life. Sincerely, Carolyn Hailey
