Ruby Ball Eanes, age 86 of 227 Salisbury Circle, Danville passed away on Saturday afternoon December 17, 2011 at Danville Regional Medical Center. A Graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Dan View Cemetery in Eden, NC. Mrs. Eanes was born December 10, 1925 in Rockingham County, NC to the late Early Ball and Edna Brightwell Ball. She was retired from E.I. DuPont and was attending Ridgeway Baptist Church. Ruby was preceded in death along with her parents, her husband William Lee Eanes. Surviving is daughter; Vicky Musgrave and husband Dr. Robert E. Musgrave of Danville, son; William Lee Eanes, Jr. and wife Pat of Fayetteville, NC, brother; Clifford Ball and wife Lottie of Eden, sister, Marie Smith and husband Donald of Charlotte, granddaughter; Christie King and husband David of Utah, grandson; William Lee Eanes III, and wife Kathryn of Colorado Springs, CO., six greatgrandchildren, very special friend, Peck Robinson of Ridgeway, and a very special caretaker; Sis Hyler Wentz of Danville. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. til 10:30 a.m. at Fair Funeral Home in Eden, before proceding to the graveside service.
