As a oldercousin, Nora was a mentor and inspiration to me as a young man. She was bright, well informed and always encouraged me to read and think beyond the small world I knew in Draper. I will be forever grateful for her close friendship later in life with my mother, Edna Adkins, and the many helpful thinks she did for her. She is with her God now in peace and health.
