I met Laura when she began tutoring through Debbie's Staffing at Leaksville Spray. I could immediately tell she was genuinely concerned about others. She was so easy to talk to and the children opened up to her. Because of that, she was able to build a relationship that helped to foster their learning and success. She truly cared about each child's success. Each of you will be remembered during the coming days and weeks. Losing a loved one is not easy and I pray that the sorrow you feel right now will eventually lessen and you will recall the fond memories of the time you were blessed with her presence.

Laura was such a caring person and I have known her since we were kids at Central Church. EVERYTIME I saw her she had a smile on her face and nice things to say. I prayed for Laura every night and she fought so hard but now she can rest. She is an angel watching over us all now and to alot of people she was an angel here on earth as well. I pray that God will give her family strength and peace. Laura is in heaven but her memory is forever in our hearts.

Johnny, Alma & family, Laura and I shared so many happy memories together. From growing up together to the many hours we spent playing together at Granny South's house. I will miss her so much, but I take consolation in the fact that she is now out of pain and in the presence of Jesus. My prayers go out to all of you for strength and comfort in the days ahead.

You are in our thoughts and prayers, we always heard about Laura from our friend Debbie Redd and how much she loved Laura and enjoyed attending Kernersville Christian Church with her. We know she will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her, but she is now pain free rejoicing with the Lord and all our family and friends who have gone before us. If we can do anything for your family please do not hesitate to call upon us. In Christian Love, Bryan and Kim

This message is for Laura's family she and I took chemo at the same time at Smith McMichael Cancer Center, Laura was a special lady who loved to laugh and she tried to live life to the fullest. She was always brave and always had an uplifting spirit. I loved being around her because of her positive attitude. I am so sorry that I just found out that she passed away. What time I knew her I could honestly call her my friend. I will miss getting to see her around town and at the relay for life gatherings. She was so much fun, I hope you all try really hard to keep her smile going, I know that is what she would want. Love her friend Teresa Garrett
