Dearest JoDell and family, Jo, I cannot begin to imagine what you must be feeling right now but please accept my most heartfelt sympathy at this time. You were so blessed to have him for all of these years as he was so blessed to have you, "little" Kenny, Jen and the grands. When "Flint Hill Nanny" was at Moses Cone on Unit 6700 a lot of nights she talked and I listened and learned. As I thought about it last evening, I recalled one night she talked a lot about her children. I clearly remember her statement that after she meet Kenny, she knew then she would never have to worry or be concerned about you, Jenny and Kenny because of the confidence and love she had in "Big Kenny". I can think of no finer legacy to have than to have had been given the "Flint Hill Nanny seal of love and approval". For Kenny surely had it. My thoughts, prayers and love go with you today and in the years to come. Your memories will be even more priceless in the years ahead. If you need anything at all, you know you can always find me down at the river. Love and prayers in Christ.

Kenny and I were best friends in grade school. Somehow he picked me to be his friend and I was the richer for it. We shared a lot of good times together. He always made me laugh. He was very proud when his sister, Kimberly, was born. I am very saddened to hear of his passing
