Darlene Fry Pinson, 55, of Greensboro, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021, due to an auto accident while traveling to see her sister, Sheila Stover.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday 2 pm at Fair Funeral Home Chapel with family receiving friends one hour prior to the service. Burial to follow in Overlook Cemetery.

Darlene was born April 11, 1966, in Capital Heights, Maryland to the late Theodore and Frances Buddington Fry. She enjoyed gardening, spending time with her family and loved to cook. She was a lover of life with never a dull moment. Darlene was very compassionate and would give you the shirt off her back if needed. She will be missed dearly by who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Mitchell Pinson; her children; Amy Ludwig and husband Kevin of Sanford, NC, Amanda Tittle of Greensboro, NC, Jessica Heraldez of Eden, NC and Bobby Pinson of Jamestown, NC; brothers, Gary Fry of Mcleansville, NC, Theodore Fry III of Reidsville, NC and Michael Fry of Mcleansville, NC; sisters, Linda Tittle of Mcleansville, NC, Cindy Allen of Mcleansville, NC, Cathy Johnson of Supply, NC and Marjorie Williams of Brown Summit, NC; grandchildren, Kaison Strickland, Arianna Ludwig and Daiah Strickland.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Fry and Darlene preceded her sister, Sheila Stover.

Our Lord and Savior I come to you today in prayer for the family of Darlene Fry Pinson. To be lifted up, be given courage, strength and endurance for it is said in Psalm 73:26 "My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever". Comfort them in knowing there is eternal life for believers. Darlene's life touched multiple generations crossing many family bloodlines. Lord she was a Wife, Mother and Grandmother she loved her family and was loved by all. Give peace to those who are affected by her passing letting their minds remember in their hearts the blessing that she shared with all.These things I ask in Jesus name. Amen

I am so sorry for your loss. I don’t know you or your loved one but I do know the sudden loss an accident can cause. I lost my daughter 13 years ago and my heart is still shattered.
