Judy and I were neighbors when she lived at Hidden Valley Apts. My favorite memory of Judy was a cold winter day when she was wearing striped toe socks with every bright color one could imagine paired with flip flops that did not match. May God grant you peace and comfort in the days and months to come.
Vicki
