Jerry Wayne Dunn, 73, passed away Thursday evening, February 3, 2011 at Morehead Memorial Hospital. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Monday, February 7, at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens. Mr. Dunn was born December 28, 1937 in Leaksville, NC, son of the late Joseph Walker and Edith Cockran Dunn. He was a US Air Force veteran and a retiree of Henry County Plywood. Surviving is wife, Cheryl Martin Dunn of the home; step-son, Keenan R. McCollum of Richmond, VA; and two granddaughters, Caitlin and Meghan McCollum. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Joe Dunn, Jr. The family will receive friends Sunday evening, 7 - 9 PM at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
