Margaret Faye Allen, 65, of 446 Doyle Road in Ridgway, VA, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2011 at Memorial Hospital of Martinsville and Henry County in Martinsville, VA. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, February 6, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Lawson Cemetery in Eden. Mrs. Allen was born November 18, 1945 in Leaksville, daughter of the late Kyle Hall and Edna Cassell Hall. She was a homemaker. Surviving is her husband, Theo Allen of the home; son, Jimmy Surrett of California; daughter, Tammy Barnes of Three Rivers, California; three grandchildren; five step-daughters; and half-sister, JoAnn Shields. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Nadine Ratliff. The family will receive friends Saturday evening, 5 - 7 PM at Fair Funeral Home.
