Mitchell Aaron Neal, May 27, 1974, age 46, passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at his residence.

A Memorial Gathering for family and friends will be held at the First Church of the Brethren at 730 Church Street, Eden,NC on Saturday, October 24, 2020 from 12 noon to 1:30pm.

Mitch was well know in the community as a wonderful cook and was currently employed at Debbie’s Restaurant in Stoneville. He was a member of the First Church of the Brethren in Eden, NC.

Mr. Neal is survived by his wife Deirdre Moyer of Eden, NC, father Mike Neal of Greensboro, NC and his mother Darcel Barnes of Stokesdale, NC, two daughters, Britni Cox of High Point, NC, Madyson Howell of Eden, NC, brothers; Tony Neal of Durham, NC, Tommy Neal of Greensboro, NC, and Richard Smith of Eden, NC sisters; Medra Russom of Eden, NC, Misty Neal, Shreveport, LA, Jackie Neal, Long Island, NY, Stacy Crider of Brown Summit, NC.

Mitchell was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Virgil Barnes and Elaine Scott, paternal grandparents Walter and Nancy Neal, one niece, Meghan Neal

Deirdre I am so sorry to hear about Mitch. I grew up with Mitch going to youth group and being a leader at church camp.
