Thomas "Wayne" Law, 58, of 1380 Virginia St. Eden passed away July 30, 2010 at his home. A graveside service will be held Tuesday August 3, in Cascade Baptist Church Cemetery at 2pm by Fair Funeral Home. Mr. Law was born March 30, 1952 in Leaksville NC to Ralph Waldo Law and Nannie Mae Newman. He also worked at University of North Carolina Greensboro as a painter. Thomas "Wayne" Law is survived by his wife, Betty Dillon Law of the home, daughter Lisa Moretz and husband Michael of Eden, NC, son Thomas Wayne Law, Jr. and wife Marie of Eden, his mother Nannie Mae Stump and husband Lewis of Eden, brother David Law and wife Patricia of Ridgeway, VA, eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and 5 neices and nehpews. He was preceded by his father. Visitation will be held Monday evening from 7 until 9pm at Fair Funeral Home, and other times at the home.
Hi, Sorry to hear about Wayne's passing. We will surely miss him at the LAW REUNION. Lois and I will be praying with you. Sorry that we will not be able to be at the Funeral Service at Cascade. Pray that you ALL have put your faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, Who loved us and gave Himself for us on the cross? He is the One that gives peace to the soul. Betty, Lisa, Wayne,and family--My prayers are with you at this difficult time. I did not know Wayne that well, but the rest of you have been my friends for a long time. We have been through some happy and sad times together. With God's help and time things will get better. Just keep the happy memories in your heart. Love in Christ.
