To the family of Mr. Hazelwood and his caregiver Angela Johnson, It has been a pleasure to serve as the nurse to visit Mr. Hazelwood over the last 2 years. He was proud and loved God and those that were there for him. He will be missed and I know that he is at peace with God. If there is anything I can do, let me know and I would be honored to assist the family. Thank you for allowing our services. Melissa Perkins, RN Aging, Disability and Transit of Rockingham County

We are so sorry about Mr. Hazelwoods passing, he was a great man and a wonderful Christian. I can imagine the homecoming he had when he passed into those golden gates, rejoicing with his loved ones who had been waiting for him to arrive. He will be missed, but he wouldn't want to come back for any amount of money. God bless the family and his many friends, may they feel His love and comfort.

Mr Hazelwood was so nice to be around. I enjoyed the time I got to talk to him and know him at church. He loved the Lord and would tell you what all He had done for him. No matter how bad he felt he always had that smile on his face. Now He is at home with his Lord and Savior. Praying for all the family. Muriel Caldwell
