Maxine, I am so sorry about the death of your husband. On those two or three times we have bumped into each other at Dick's Drive In in recent years, you have told me about his illness. May God richly bless you and comfort you in this time of grief. I'm so glad that the members of our Tri-City High School Class of 1954 have gotten reacquainted with each other in recent year so we can share each other's burdens and support each other in prayer. God bless. Jimmy Adkins

Mrs. Watkins I would like to send my thougths and prayers to you for myself and my parents (C. W. and Rena "Pete" Howell). I think that I feel as if I have known Frank all of my life - probably because when I was young I saw him on "his beat" a lot, and throughout the years all about town and at Dick's Drive In many times after I was grown and married. God Bless you and your family during this time of loss.

Maxine, Lisa My thoughts and prayers are with you both during this time of loss. I know I can't say anything that will make it easier for you. Even though I didn't go to see him as much as I should have I thought about him often and the memories were always great. I will miss him alot. He was my Training Officer and my partner in Detectives. He tought me alot and I hope I was a better Office because of him. I think I was. I have people come up to me all the time and say I wish the old bunch was back. But time goes on and we becme memories. He will always be a great Memory and("Ichiban") to me me. You know what that means. For the ones that don't, it means ("Number One, First").I know he will always be that to both of you.
