Judy Mayes McCrickard, aged 67 of 684 Boyd Road, Reidsville, NC passed away on September 4, 2021, at her home surrounded by her family.

A graveside service will be held 2pm Thursday at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Fair Funeral Home from 12:45 pm till 1:45 pm before proceeding to the cemetery.

Judy was born May 28th, 1954 in the Draper section of Eden to the late William F. Mayes and Edna Hutson Mayes.  She was a graduate of Morehead High School Class of 1972 and later from RCC in 1973. Judy retired from Miller-Coors after 35 years of service.

Judy loved going to the beach at Ocean Lakes and in her spare time she enjoyed, sewing, cooking, and reading and especially spending time with family and friends.

Surviving are husband, Tim S. McCrickard of the home; daughters, Brandy Mullis of Reidsville and Sabrina Chambers and husband Tommy of Eden; step-son, Timothy Roach and wife Tammy of Aiken, SC; grandchildren, Luke Mullis, Taylor Shields and husband Jacob and Mason Chambers; sister, Debra Mayes Barham and husband William of Eden; special cousins, Kathy and Toby Cox and Joyce Wade.

Judy has been my friend since the time we were in Mrs Barksdale’s 3rd grade class. She always had a laugh in her heart so funny and loving … she was a good soul and she is with Our Savior Jesus Christ s and I will miss her… but will see her in Heaven…my prayers go out to her entire family…God Bless Mark Ellis
