Stella L. Pratt, 75, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at her home in Eden, North Carolina.

A service will be held at on Saturday, July 24 at 12:00 p.m. at Fair Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Happy Home Church cemetery. Visitation will be held at Fair Funeral Home on Friday, July 23 from 6:00 p.m-8:00 p.m.

Stella was born on February 3, 1946 in Rockingham County, North Carolina to the late Edgar Edwards and Rachel Dix Edwards. She was a former customer service employee of VF Corporation. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church for fifty six years. Stella enjoyed shopping and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Pratt is survived by her husband, Bailey Pratt of the home. In addition to her husband she is survived by her three children; David “Gene” Pratt of Eden, Ann (Gary) Upchurch of Eden and Jonathan (Brittany) Pratt of Eden; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She is also survived by her three sisters and a brother; Kay Delancey of Ruffin, Sue Strader of Ruffin, Lynn Wilson of Ruffin and Charles Edwards of Reidsville.

Along with her parents, she is proceeded in death by her three brothers; Walter, Darrell and Garnett.

I pray that God will be with the Pratt family in their time of loss. Mrs. Pratt was a great Christian lady who raised a wonderful family. She was always so kind and had kind words to say. I am thankful to have known her and for her friendship. I know she will be greatly missed by all, but I also know that she is in heaven celebrating with Jesus now. I love you all, I am praying for you, and I am here if you all need anything.
