Lily, Henry,Tommy, Norman,Wally & Billy, I am Sooo Sad to hear of "Dink" passing. He was always such a Sweet and caring person. He was so good to Mama & Irvin. He would stop by Irvin's house, every morning, during his morning walk, to check on him. He was so faithful. He will be remembered as one of the Good men from Draper! I am Praying that the family will have Peace & Tranquility during this time of sorrow. He is with Aunt Gracie, Mama, Irvin, Inez and our other family members. They are probably sitting with God, welcoming "Dink" to Heaven. God Bless The Blackwell Family. Love Ya'll, "Fuzz" ("Cuz")

I would say that "Dink' was one of the most honorable men in Draper. God blessed him with 98+ years of a good life. He was a "Just and upright man who walked with God." I am proud to say that he was my cousin. Prayers for all the Blackwell Family. Janice and Robert Turner

What great memories of Dink in my life that I’ll always treasure! Such a kind, genteel, true southern gentleman you were to the very end. I will always appreciate my parents selecting you to be my godfather! To Shirley and family, treasure all those memories made together the past twelve years, and draw your strength and comfort from them. May God bring you peace in the coming days. With love, Beth Shelton
