Bill and about all the Underwoods were family friends with my mon and dad, Gene and Mildred Meade. I knew Bill best from church. He really liked my husband's banana pudding. He will be missed. May the good Lord bring you peace that he is in a better place.

Our sorrow for your sorrow. Billy was always cheerful and helpful as van coordinator for the DAV. I drove under his leadership for many years.

My deepest sympathy to your family. Bill was a wonderful man and will be greatly missed. You are all in my prayers. My Daddy and Bill grew up together and were friends. I have fond memories of driving him to Bill's house on the golf cart for a visit. Bill was an important part of our church family and I was always amazed that he never failed to recognize my voice when I greeted him. God bless you all now and in the coming days. Love in Christ, Brenda Saunders Chilton
