Obituary For Johnny Richard Fritts September 7, 1947 - June 4, 2012 Johnny Richard Fritts, 64 of 442 Morgan Road, Eden passed away on Monday evening June 4, 2012 at his home. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, June 7, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Reidsville. Johnny was born September 7, 1947 in Mebane, NC, son of the late Arthur and Lillie Denson Fritts. He graduated from Eastern High School in Mebane. Johnny was a former member of Osborne Baptist Church and was employed as a Meat Cutter for Byrd's Grocery Store. Surviving are daughter, Susan Jeannine Smith and husband Michael of Eden; step-sons, Robbie Doss of Reidsville and William Doss of Walnut Cove; step-daughters, Janet Edwards of Eden, Nancy Pruitt of Clairmont, FL, Marlyn Wright of Austin, TX; brother, Carl Fritts and wife, Ann of Mebane; sisters, Faye Oakley and husband, Bobby and Betty Edwards and husband, Earl, all of Mebane. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Doss Fritts; and sister, Sylvia Fritts.
