Obituary For Frances Ann Smith Roach Frances Ann Smith Roach, 66, of Georgetown, Delaware, passed away on July 6, 2011, at Del. Hospice Center in Milford, DE. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, July 14 at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens in Eden. Mrs. Roach was born in Lexington, N.C., the daughter of the late Leonard and Minnie (Allred) Smith. She was a realtor in Delaware for 27 years. Mrs. Roach attended Bayshore Community Church of Rehoboth. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, William "Bill" Roach; three children, John Roach and wife Brenda, Lenny Roach and Stephen Roach; and two grandchildren, Christopher and Tabitha Roach. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, July 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Fair Funeral Home in Eden.
