Obituary For Charles Michael "Mike" Willard Charles Michael "Mike" Willard, 67, of 737 Cascade Avenue, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2011 at his home. There will be no formal service or visitation. A native of Rockingham County, NC, Mr. Willard was born November 23, 1943, son of the late Cedric and Marie Pender Willard. He was a 1962 graduate of Morehead High School and a US Army veteran. Mr. Willard served on the board of the Rockingham County Farm Bureau and was a former member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church. Surviving is his brother, James S. Willard of South Dakota; three nephews, Patrick Willard of Eden, Kenneth Willard and Kenneth Wilson Willard both of Grand View, Indiana; and three nieces, Hunter Willard of Eden, Alexia Willard and Veronica Willard, both of Grand View, Indiana.
