Shelby Jean Hodges Lee, 58, of 912 Williams Street in Eden, passed away early Thursday morning, May 16, 2019, at UNC-Rockingham Health Care in Eden.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, May 20, at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends Monday afternoon at Fair Funeral Home, from 1:00 - 1:45 PM, before proceeding to the graveside.

Shelby was born June 14, 1960 in Eden, NC.  She was of the Christian faith and enjoyed reading, cooking, and having good conversation with friends.

She is survived by her son, Jordan R. Lee of the home;  brother, Jesse Hodges, II of Eden;  nephew, Jesse Hodges, III of Eden;  nieces, Crystal, Taylor and Katie Hodges;  seven great-nieces and great-nephews;  boyfriend, James;  and half-brother, Robert Hodges.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Robert E. Lee;  parents, Robert and Irene Hodges;  son, Donald Wayne Russell, II;  brother, James "Jimmy" Hodges;  and several aunts and uncles.
