Marie will be missed very much. I remember the days we played football in the front yard of her and Big Elvis' house and she would come out to talk and give us something to drink. Marie was always a mom to all of us neighboring kids.

To the Smith Family, I am deeply sorry for the loss of your mother. I myself just lost my mother on wednesday. Due to this I was unable to pay my respects. You each have touched my life and have shown the wonderful values of your mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, etc. She was indeed a special and uplifting lady. I have many memories of seeing her at Garretts. A quick smile, loving attitude, but most of all a graceful quite way. You are all in my prayers, and may you have comfort from the memories. To The Smith Family: I am truly sorry for the loss of your dear love one. During times like these, hearts are filled with pain and sorrow. However, please find comfort in God's promise found in the Bible at John chapter 5, verses 28&29. It reads: "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life." You have my sincere condolence.
