To the family, I want to say that Mrs. Underwood was a dear lady and as her mailman, it was always a joy to talk to her when she was able to sit on the porch and watch the traffic and wait on her mailman. She was a very kind and had a gentle spirit about her. We laughed and talked alot over the years, i will miss her. I will be praying for George and also the family, God Bless each of you, Rodger Denny

To the entire family - I was very saddened to hear that Eva had passed away, such a good neighbor over the years. We will miss her smile and wave that she always had. It is not easy losing your Mother/Grandmother - so many memories - but you can be comforted in knowing that you can see her again someday, swinging on that porch in Heaven! I am sure she and Mama will be "catching up" soon! Much love, thoughts, and prayers to you all -

Eva was more than just a friend; she was an amazing person. She was always so kind and considerate to us that we always welcomed seeing her at every opportunity. Her passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of everyone who knew her. Eva's memory will always remain deep within our hearts. My sincere thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I would also like to express my condolences to your mom, who because of my closeness to Jennifer, I call Gloma. Remain close in your family as you are. You will see her again in the resurrection. I moved to Eden 5 years ago and almost every day Mrs. Underwood waved at me as I drove down Fieldcrest. I always disliked winter because I missed her so much, and noticed this spring she didn't come out. For some reason I thought she was there just for me, she made me feel special even though we never spoke. I will truly miss her and will pray for Mr. Underwood and the family. Thank you Mrs. Underwood for making so many people feel as good as you made me feel with your sweet waves. God bless you all.
