Dear Donna And Rickey, Sanford was absolutely a blast to have for an uncle when we were little kids and would come to visit. He would take us everywhere and buy us little things and show us cool stuff. He would bring you two over and you were so great about playing with kids so much younger. We thought his cement mold business was just the neatest thing ever. We really got the VIP treatment whenever we visited. He was a wonderful big brother to our mom when she was a little girl, too. He had to drop out of school when he was just a very young teenager and work to help support his mother and little sister after their dad was killed, as did the other older kids. When I was a little girl she told me many stories about him. He was really a hero of a big brother to her. Wish we could be at the funeral. Tammy Harris Radice
