Dear Aaron and Stuart, I am so awfully sorry to hear of Carnell's passing. As you know, my mom and Carnell had become much closer in their final years, and that was indeed a blessing. Carnell was a great comfort to Ellen, and to me in mom's last year of life. I should have paid more attention to mom's recollections of the Janney history, as hers and Carnell's memories of them was incredible. I will truly miss talking with Carnell, and you have my deepest condolences. Sincerely, Franklin P Smith
