Rest in peace Mom, we love you.

I am so sorry to hear of your great loss. Recently I lost my dear mother, and within 30 days I also lost my dear mother-in-law. What helped us during this time period was the comfort from the Holy Bible, like at Isaiah 25 verse 8 - "The Sovereign Lord will swallow up death forever, and wipe away the tears from all faces." Also at Revelation 21 verse 4 we find God's promise to remove both pain and death. For more comfort, I turn to the website at: www.jw.org (Search: Comfort)

I am so sorry for your loss. Although I didn’t know her personally, my mother, Julia Faye Scott Carroll grew up with her and they were close friends. I heard many Lucie Lane stories from her. I will be praying for your family at this difficult time.

My condolence to the family of Mrs. Gravely. Her father Dr. Phil Ray delivered me on the 23rd day of Sep. 1937 at the home of my parents Mr. and Mrs. Ulysses H. Martin on Railroad St. Leaksville,NC. I celebrated my 81st birthday last month. Thank you Dr. Phil Ray.

Lucie Lane was a dear friend growing up, and I remember her being very sweet, kind and pretty. Our lives changed and we lost touch with one another. Mrs Ray played the piano and organ at church, and Dr. Ray was so loved by his patients. I always enjoyed being in their home. Praying for the family and know you will find comfort in the Lord Jesus.
