Barbara Charnock Davis, 66, of 3203 River Road in Stoneville, passed away Friday morning, May 4, 2018, at her home.

A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Monday, May 7, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Overlook Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service (1 - 2 PM) at the funeral home.

Mrs. Davis was born July 22, 1951 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, to the late Robert James Charnock and Naomi Ruth Dooley Charnock. She attended Robert Height Memorial Baptist Church in Stoneville.

She is survived by her husband, Wayne R. Davis, of the home; Candy Davis Jones and husband Ronnie, Howard Davis and wife, Andrea, George Davis and fiancee', Tammy Chilton, Harold Davis and fiancee', Amanda Evans, Naomi Fowlkes and husband, Zach; 12 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way; brother, Ronnie Charnock; sister Betty Ann Britt and husband, Bill; three nieces; numerous cousins; and her faithful canine companion, Holly.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Donnie Charnock.
