My heart is heavy at the death of my friend Bethel. I have known him for many years and actually bought my first car from him in 1955. The last two times I saw him were in the Leaksville Christian Church, once when I was the guest preacher for the day and the last time when I had the privilege of sitting with him during the worship service. My deepest sympathies to his family and I pray God's blessings on you.

There was only 1 Bethel. He would give you the shirt of his back and ask what else do you need. Always soft spoken. Enjoyed a lot of good times with Bethel riding motorcycles and working on them at his shop. I will miss Bethel.
