Justin Daniel Smith, 23, of 6071 Hwy 700 in Eden, passed away Thursday, November 30, 2017, at his home.

A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday, December 5, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Ridgeview Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends Monday evening, 6 - 8 PM, at Fair Funeral Home.

Justin was born November 20, 1994 in Eden, NC.  He was a kind-hearted young man and loved people.  He enjoyed trucks and riding dirt bikes but most of all he loved his family.

He is survived by his mother, April Fulp and Danny "Dad" Bartlett of the home;  sister, Jessica Smith (Taylor) of Eden;  brother, Chad Smith; niece, Gabriella Hairston;  uncles, Curtis Bailey (Kelly) of Reidsville, Arthur Bailey (Essie Downs) of Danville, VA, and Timmy Bailey of Reidsville;  grandmother, Caroline Murphy of Eden;  step-brothers, Kevin and Michael Bartlett;  and step-sister, Tracey Snead.

Justin was preceded in death by his father, Jasper Emerson Smith.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to Fair Funeral Home, PO Box 337, Eden, NC  27289, to assist with his final expenses.
