Phillip Dale Price, 81, of 236 Polk Street in Eden, passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2017.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, September 22nd, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in Ridgeview Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends Thursday evening, 6 - 8 PM, at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the home of his daughter, 201 Teal Drive in Reidsville.

Mr. Price was born December 24, 1935 in Henry County, Virginia, to the late Fred H. and Bessie Jane Hall Price.  He was a retiree of Leaksville Woolen Mill and Vanier Graphics.

He is survived by his daughters, Delores Ann Price Allen of Reidsville and Deborah Marie Price Peters and husband, Taylor of Stoneville;  two grandchildren, Kenneth Allen, Jr. and Jason Travis Allen, both of Reidsville;  four great-grandchildren, Wyatt Tucker Allen, Jackson Luke Allen, Parker Kwen Allen and Libby Price Allen;  brother, Billy Smith Price of Eden;  and sisters, Wanda Reynolds and Sunshine Gauldin both of Eden. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jessie Ann Martin Price;  brother, Fred Price;  and sisters, Christine Porter and Bobbie Jean Dixon.
