William "Pedro" Rodney Isley, 69, of 230 E. Harris Place, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017, at his home.

A visitation only will be held from 1 - 2 PM at Fair Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 19.

Mr. Isley was born May 3, 1948 in the Leaksville section of Eden, NC, to the late Herbert L. and Rebecca Osteen Isley. He was a retiree of Fieldcrest Mills.

He is survived by his brother, Frank Isley of Salisbury.
