Judy Harrison Gardner, 76, of Eden, passed away Wednesday afternoon, May 3, 2017, at Hospice Home of Rockingham County.
A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Monday, May 8, at Fair Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service (10 - 11 AM).
Mrs. Gardner was born October 10, 1940 in Danville, VA to the late John Wesley and Mary Ray Harrison. She formerly worked for Dan River Mills and Corning Glass Company.
She is survived by her three daughters, Judy Perkins (James), Gerri Haraway, both of Eden and Beverly Dawn Williams (Carl) of Chatham, VA; two sons, Michael Dale Gardner and Anthony Gardner, both of Eden; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brother, Randall Kent Harrison of Smyrna, GA; and two sisters, Phyllis Horton and Sandra Rakestraw of Eden.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Roland Gardner.
