Avis Cooper Roberts, 78, of 624 East Street in Reidsville, passed away April 19, 2017.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
Ms. Roberts was born January 3, 1939 in Spray, NC, daughter of the late Jessie and Irene Nelson Cooper. She was a member of Spray Baptist Church.
She is survived by her brother, Corbin Cooper (Joann) of Penney Farms, FL; niece, Cathy Ussery of Eden; four nephews, Mike Ussery and Artie Ussery of Eden, Nelson Cooper (Mary Ann) of Greenville, NC, and John Cooper of Austin, TX; great-niece Bailey Cooper of Greenville, NC and great-nephew, Jefferson Cooper of Charlotte.
