So many stories... from the time he tried to convince me that Mickey Mouse lived in Mayodan when I was little (even drove me to his house) To when granny told him to take care of his paper plates and he started eating it. He loved red and sported a Mohawk in different colors. He was always joking and playing around mostly giving a hard time to my dad and Ashley (his caregiver). When he lost his legs due to disease, he told me he was now Lt. DAN. He served in the US Navy. He loved his family and saw everyone as family. He loved God. He is walking again next to his wife. This Sunday, it would have been their 60th wedding anniversary. Love you papa
