Sue Eanes Hall, age 88 of Eden, passed away on Saturday January 7, 2017 at Morehead Nursing Center.

A funeral service will be held 2 pm Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Fair Funeral Home Chapel with visitation to be held one hour prior to the service.  Burial will be held prior to the service at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Hall was born April 2, 1928 in the Draper section of Eden to the late Justice Floyd Eanes and Sally Belcher Eanes.  She worked at Wall Insurance Agency and was a member of Leaksville United Methodist Church. Sue was an avid golfer and loved to rest and golf at Myrtle Beach. She loved her family, especially spending time with them at Ocean Lakes Campground.

She was preceded in death along with her parents by her husband, Carl Hall; son, Terry Hall; sister, Carlene Wyatt and  brother, Bud Eanes.

Surviving are daughter, Donna White and husband Steve; daugher-in-law, Terrie Eanes and husband Curtis; grandchildren, Zachary and Hillary White, Susan Horne and husband J.J., Michael Hall and wife Kat, and Robert Bolick; 5 great grandchildren; sisters Kate Meeler and husband Mac, Delma Branscome and husband Deleon; brother, Doyle Eanes and wife Novalene; many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff of Morehead Nursing Center and Brookdale Eden (formerly Eden Estates) for their care and support.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 314 Morgan Road, Eden, NC or to the LUMC, 603 Henry Street, Eden, NC.
