Ollie Fulcher Smith, 89, of 439 Decatur Street in Eden, passed away Thursday afternoon, December 29, 2016, at Morehead Nursing Center.
A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Monday, January 2, 2017, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Ms. Smith was born May 31, 1927 in Critz, VA to the late Will H. Fulcher and Martha Bell Chaney Fulcher. She was a retiree of Fieldcrest Mills.
Ollie is survived by her four children, Perciller Church (George), Maynard Smith (Donna), Elizabeth Massey, and Johnny Smith (Rlena), all of Eden; 15 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two of her sons, Herbert Lee Smith and James E. Smith.
The family will receive friends Sunday evening, 6 - 8 PM, at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the home.
